| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je Výroba protetického vybavení pro pacienta po exartikulaci v kyčelním kloubu. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie pánve, historie a současná podoba kyčelní exartikulace, předprotetická péče, historie protetiky kyčelní exartikulace a zásady konstrukce pahýlového lůžka. V praktické části je pak popsán výrobní postup a používání kyčelní exartikulací protézy. Práce poskytuje ucelený přehled problematiky exartikulace v kyčelním kloubu se zaměřením na protetickou péči. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is the Construction of prosthetic equipment for patient afterhip disarticulation. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the pelvis, the history and current form of hip exarticulation, pre-prosthetic care, the history of prosthetics of hip disarticulation and the principles of construction of the stump bed. The practical part then describes the manufacturing process and the use of hip exarticulation of the prosthesis.The work provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of disarticulation in the hip joint with a focus on prosthetic care. |
