| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kalceotickým vybavením, jejíchž cílem je shrnout a popsat využití ortopedických stélek při neurologických onemocněních. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na dělení neurologických onemocnění, typické projevy a působení stélek. Dále obsahuje biomechaniku nohy a rozbor chůze. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky pacientů s odlišnými neurologickými onemocněními. U každého pacienta je představena anamnéza, kineziologický rozbor, testování a následná aplikace stélky. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že se po aplikaci senzomotorické stélky pacientům zlepšily výsledky testů soběstačnosti, chůze a obratnost. Součástí práce jsou výsledky šetření a následná diskuze v závěru práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this study (bachelor thesis) was summarize and describe how to use orthopedic insoles in neurological diseases and calceotic equipment in general. Theoretical part focuses on individual separation of neurological diseases, typical symptoms and effect of insoles. In the next step the theoretical part include foot biomechanics and analyse of walking. The practical part content studies of two patients with different neurological diseases. Each patient is presented with anamnesis, kinesiological analysis, testing and aplication of the insoles. Part of this study are the rasaults of investigation following by discussion in the end of this thesis. |
