| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá psychohygienou učitele na 1. stupni. V teoretické části se dostaneme přes problematiku stresorů, stresu, syndromu vyhoření až k významu psychohygieny. Protože tato část platí nejen pro učitele, ale i pro celou populaci, je její závěr věnován specifikům učitelské profese a učitelům na 1. stupni. V praktické části zkoumáme aktuálnost a možnosti využití psychohygieny učiteli při prevenci syndromu vyhoření a boji s ním. Následuje komparace výsledků a celkové shrnutí. | cs |
