| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním a zhodnocením efektu celotělové kryoterapie a možnosti jeho využití v léčbě u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popisována celotělová kryoterapie jako terapeutická metoda fyzikální terapie a možnosti jejího využití. Následně je popsána problematika roztroušené sklerózy. V praktické části jsou zpracovány 3 kazuistiky pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. V práci jsme se zaměřili na sledování efektu celotělové kryoterapie na bolest, spasticitu, rychlost chůze a stabilitu. K testování jsme využili analogovou škálu bolesti, Modifikovanou Ashworthovu škálu, Timed Up and Go Test, Timed 25 Foot Walk Test, Test stoje na 1 DK a Five Times Sit to Stand test. Na základě testů a vyšetření jsme vyhodnotili výsledky, ze kterých je patrné, že celotělová kryoterapie měla ve všech sledovaných aspektech u všech probandů pozitivní efekt. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with researching and evaluating the effect of the whole - body cryotherapy and the possibility of its use in the treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the whole - body cryotherapy as a therapeutic method of the physical therapy and the multiple sclerosis disease. In the practical part 3 case studies of patients with multiple sclerosis are presented. In the thesis we focused on monitoring the effect of the whole - body cryotherapy on pain, spasticity, walking speed and stability. We used Visual Analog Pain Scale, Modified Ashworth Scale, Timed Up and Go Test, Timed 25 Foot Walk Test, One Leg Stand Test and Five Times Sit to Stand Test. Based on tests and examinations, we evaluated the results, from which it is clear that the whole - body cryotherapy had a positive effect in all monitored aspects with all probands. |
