| Abstract: | Tuva je výjimečným a těžce dostupným regionem v samém centru Asie. Současné postavení Tuvy v rámci Ruské federace se přímo vyvíjí z geografických a historických faktorů. Přibližně 80% území republiky zaujímají hory. Nízká úroveň rozvoje dopravy v regionu brání obsáhlejšímu navázání vztahů se zbytkem Ruské federace. Sovětské období ovlivnilo vznik napětí ve vztazích mezi tuvinským a ruským obyvatelstvem. V roce 1921 byla vytvořena Tuvinská lidová republika a po kolapsu Sovětského svazu v 90. letech se zrodila vlna nacionalisticky zabarvených protestů. Přestože je Tuva jedním z nejméně rozvinutých a nejvíce subvencovaných regionů v Rusku, disponuje obrovským surovinovým bohatství. Vzhledem na to, v současné době Ruská federace se zabývá vývojem republiky s možností využít surovinový potenciál. |
| Abstract in different language: | Tuva is an exceptional and inaccessible region in the heart of Asia. The current position of Tuva within the Russian Federation directly depends on geographical and historical factors. Mountains occupy about 80% of the republic's territory. The low level of transport development in the region does not allow developing relations with the rest of the Russian Federation. The Soviet period influenced tensions between the Tuvan and Russian populations. The People's Republic of Tuva was created in 1921, and after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1990s, a wave of nationalist protests began. Although Tuva is one of the less developed and most subsidized region of Russia, has a huge raw material potential. Therefore, the Russian Federation was working on the creation of a development plan for the republic through the use of raw material potential. |
