| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou sdílené ekonomiky a dopadů pandemie koronaviru na sdílenou ekonomiku v České republice. První kapitola se zaměřuje na samotnou definici sdílené ekonomiky včetně její historie ve světě a v České republice. Zároveň jsou popsány účastnící a typy sdílené ekonomiky. Ve druhé kapitole jsou definovány nejznámější a nejvyužívanější služby sdílené ekonomiky. v kapitole třetí je zkoumán vliv koronaviru na vybrané odvětví sdílené ekonomiky v České republice pomocí internetových zdrojů. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje autorem vymyšlené návrhy, jak zmírnit dopad exogenních ekonomických šoků na sdílenou ekonomiku. V kapitole je vybrán jeden návrh, který je podporován daty z internetové stránky AllTheRooms, návrh je poté rozdělen do tři otázek, které jsou realizovány výpočty. Výsledkem těchto tří výpočtů je porovnání zisků a ztrát spojených s krátkodobým a dlouhodobým pronájem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the issue of sharing economy and on the impact of coronavirus on the sharing economy in Czech Republic. The first Chapter focuses on the sole definition of sharing economy, including its history in the world and in the Czech Republic. Simultaneously the participants and types of shared economy are described. The second chapter defines the most known and most used services of the sharing economy. The third chapter examines the impact of coronavirus on selected sectors of the shared economy in the Czech Republic using resources found on the internet. The fourth chapter contains the authors propositions for mitigating the impact of exogenous economic shocks on the shared economy. In the chapter a one proposition has been selected, which is supported by the data from the AllTheRooms website. The proposition is then divided into three questions which are then realized by calculations. The result of these calculations is a comparison of profits and losses associated with short-term and long-term leases. |
