| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na vymáhání pohledávek okresních soudů. Práce podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé typy pohledávek soudů dle jejich exekučních titulů a rozebírá specifika vymáhání jednotlivých pohledávek s důrazem na vymáhání pohledávek postupem dle daňového řádu. Dále práce rozebírá konkrétní postupy jednotlivých okresních soudů při vymáhání pohledávek a porovnává úspěšnost, efektivitu a soulad se zákonem. Závěrem tato práce porovnává úpravu vymáhání pohledávek ve Slovenské republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The rigorous work focuses on debt collection of district courts claims. The rigorous work analyzes in detail the individual types of court claims considering their execution titles and analyzes the specifics of debt collection of individual receivables with emphasis on the debt collection of court claims in accordance with the Tax Code. Furthermore, the work analyzes the specific procedures of individual district courts and compares the success, efficiency and compliance with the law. In conclusion, this work compares the regulation of debt collection in the Slovak Republic. |
