| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce řeší téma interní komunikace v organizaci, které je neustále aktuální a využitelné v pracovním i osobním životě. Hlavním výstupem práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků, zhodnocení interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti ZF Engineering Plzeň a návrh jejího zlepšení. Zpracované návrhy pro zlepšení se opírají o výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření, které bylo rozšířeno mezi zaměstnance. Také byla pomocí tohoto dotazníkového šetření potvrzena hypotéza plynoucí z průzkumu dokumentů a názoru vedení o tom, že v organizaci probíhá interní komunikace na dobré úrovni. Zpracované návrhy mohou být předloženy vedení a následně implementovány ve společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the topic of internal communication within an organization, this communication being currently in use and applicable to both work and personal life. The main output of the thesis is a summary of theoretical knowledge, an evaluation of internal communication in the selected company ZF Engineering Plzeň and a proposal for its improvement. The elaborated suggestions for improvement are based on the results of a questionnaire survey which was distributed among the employees of the company. This questionnaire survey also confirmed the hypothesis that emerged from a survey of documents and management's views that internal communication in the organization was at a high level. Detailed proposals can be submitted by management and subsequently implemented in the company. |
