| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Motivace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci" je zaměřena na motivaci pedagogických pracovníků na Hotelové škole, Plzeň, U Borského parku 3. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit systém motivace pracovníků, kteří učí na této škole. Popřípadě doporučit, jak je možné zlepšit motivování zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, dále jsou uvedeny i jednotlivé možnosti, jak motivovat pracovníky ve školství. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétní organizaci. Nejprve je uvedena stručná charakteristika školy a cíle, které si škola dává. Poté se práce věnuje motivačnímu systému školy, který je zmapován pomocí rozhovoru s pracovníkem vedení školy. Spokojenost s tímto systémem byla ověřena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Z něho vyplývají doporučení, která jsou uvedena v závěrečné části práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis "Motivation of employees in the selected organization" focuses on the motivation of teaching staff at the Hotelová škola, Plzeň, U Borského parku 3. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the system of motivation of the workers who teach at this school. Or possibly to recommend how the motivation of employees can be improved. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts are defined, and different ways how to motivate workers in the education system are presented. The practical part is devoted to a specific organization. Firstly, a brief description of the school and its goals is given. Then, the thesis discusses the motivational system of the school, which is mapped through an interview with a member of the school management. Satisfaction with this system was verified through a questionnaire survey. From this, recommendations are made which are presented in the final section of the thesis. |
