| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a zhodnotit obchodní vztahy mezi Českou republikou a Spojenými státy americkými. Dále práce cílí na zhodnocení přímých zahraničních investic mezi USA a ČR. První kapitola práce je zaměřena na teoretický úvod do problematiky mezinárodních ekonomických vztahů, se zaměřením na mezinárodní obchod a přiblížení pojmů obchodní politiky. Ve druhé kapitole se práce věnuje ekonomické charakteristice obou ekonomických subjektů. Třetí kapitola obsahuje informace o obchodních vztazích České republiky, Evropské unie a Spojených států amerických. Pro zhodnocení významu obou obchodních partnerů jsou na konci kapitoly obsaženy analýzy SWOT. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje přímým zahraničním investicím a zhodnocení podnikatelských prostředí obou trhů. Poslední kapitola se věnuje šetření ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize international trade relationship especially those regarding international trade between the Czech Republic and the United States of America. The further aim is directed at the theme of foreign direct investments between the Czech Republic and USA. The first chapter serves as a theoretical introduction to economic relationships. The highlighted for of the economic relationships is the international trade which is theoretically described. The second chapter consists of economic characteristics of both economic subjects. The third chapter contains a brief history of the economic relationships between the two subjects. To analyse the trade importance for both countries, there are two SWOT analysis prepared for that matter. The fourth chapter captures an analysis of the foreign direct investments and an evaluation of the business environment in both countries. The last chapter involves questions and answers created in cooperation with business entity Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod |
