| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kreativním účetnictvím a účetními podvody. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je nejprve definováno účetnictví a jeho funkce. Druhá kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku kreativního účetnictví. Blíže jsou popsány motivy vedoucí ke kreativnímu účetnictví a nejčastěji využívané techniky. Dále je zde definován účetní podvod a druhy podvodných jednání. V praktické části byly analyzovány společnosti Wirecard, Parmalat a WorldCom, známé jako největší účetní skandály. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření k prevenci proti kreativnímu účetnictví a podvodům. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with creative accounting and accounting fraud. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, accounting and its functions are first defined. The second chapter contains the characteristics of creative accounting. The motives leading to creative accounting and the most commonly used techniques are described in more detail. Accounting fraud and types of fraudulent practices are also defined. In the practical part, Wirecard, Parmalat and WorldCom, known as the biggest accounting scandals, are analysed. The thesis concludes by proposing measures to prevent creative accounting and fraud. |
