| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci bylo cílem teoretické části popsat problematiku srážek ze mzdy. K pochopení tématu byly vysvětleny základní pojmy - mzda, srážky ze mzdy, přednostní a nepřednostní pohledávka atd. Cílem praktické části bylo získat kvantitativní data metodou dotazníkového šetření a expertních rozhovorů. Nejčetnější srážky předvést na příkladech a zúčtovat je. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, které srážky se u nás nejčastěji strhávají ze mzdy a dále také sestavení metodiky pro mzdové účetní, které mají zaměstnance s příkazem k exekuci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis was to describe the problematics of deductions from wages. In order to understand the topic, the basic concepts such as wages, deductions from wages, priority and non-priority claim, etc. were explained. The aim of the practical part was to optain quantitative data by means of questionnaire survey and expert interviews. To demonstrate the most common deductions with examples and to account for them. As a result of this bachelor thesis, we can find out which deductions are most frequently deducted from wages and also establishment of methodology for payroll accountants who have employees with garnishment orders. |
