| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení nákladů v zemědělském podniku. Nejprve je v práci popsána teoretická problematika nákladů a jejich řízení a způsoby nákladových kalkulací, dále jsou v práci představeny vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Poté následuje praktická část, kde je na začátku představen vybraný podnik. V praktické části jsou analyzovány náklady a také provedena finanční analýza. Další část praktické části se zabývá kalkulacemi. Poslední kapitola práce se věnuje shrnutí zjištěných informací a návrhu doporučení pro lepší optimalizaci nákladu ve vybraném podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of cost management in an agricultural enterprise. Firstly, the theoretical issues of costs and their management and methods of costing are described, then selected methods of financial analysis are presented. This is followed by the practical part where the selected enterprise is introduced at the beginning. In the practical part, costs are analysed and also financial analysis is performed. The next part of the practical part deals with the calculations. The last section of the paper is devoted to summarizing the information found and proposing recommendations for better cost optimization in the selected enterprise. |
