| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na platební karty vydané v České republice a na jejich využívání. Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě teoretických východisek charakterizovat platební karty jako nástroj bezhotovostního placení a následně zanalyzovat trh platebních karet v České republice. Teoretická část se zabývá historií platebních karet, jaké jsou druhy platebních karet a jejich náležitosti. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na využívání platebních karet, jejich výhody a nevýhody a v neposlední řadě také na bezpečnost používání platebních karet. Cílem této práce je poté v praktické části charakterizovat trh platebních karet v České republice a jeho vývoj ve vybraných letech. Závěrem budou popsány omezující faktory pro rozšíření platebních karet a popsán možný budoucí vývoj. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on payment cards issued in the Czech Republic and their use. The main goal of this work is based on theoretical principles to characterize payment cards as a cashless payment tool and then analyze the payment card market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the history of payment cards, what are the types of payment cards and their requirements. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the use of payment cards, their advantages and disadvantages and, last but not least, the security of the use of payment cards. The aim of this work is then in the practical part to characterize the payment card market in the Czech Republic and its development in selected years. Finally, the limiting factors for the expansion of payment cards will be described and possible future developments will be described. |
