| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice agenturního zaměstnávání de lege lata a čtenáři představuje rozdíly mezi agenturním a tradičním zaměstnáváním. Upozorňuje na rozdíly mezi legálními a nelegálními agenturami práce a na ochranu práv dočasně přidělených zaměstnanců. Závěrem se soustředí na vliv agentur na pracovní trh a jejich okolí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of agency employment de lege lata and introduces the reader to the differences between agency and traditional employment. It draws attention to the differences between legal and illegal employment agencies and to the protection of the rights of temporary assignment workers. Finally, it focuses on the influence of agencies on the labor market and their surroundings. |
