| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na francouzské přejímky z oblasti gastronomie v současném českém lexiku. Práce se zprvu zaobírá tematikou přejímání cizích slov obecně. Poté konkrétněji charakterizuje galicismy, které byly přejaty do českého jazyka v průběhu historie, a nakonec vymezuje přejímky z oblasti gastronomie. Vybraný a definovaný korpus přejatých slov je následně podroben hlubší lingvistické analýze. Zejména bude zkoumána a hodnocena povaha galicismů z pohledu morfologického a fonetického, tedy především jejich adaptace a integrace v českém jazyce. Pozornost bude také ale zaměřena na jejich četnost a frekvenci užití, případně znalost a používání ze strany rodilých mluvčí. Hlavním cílem práce je ilustrovat postavení francouzského lexika z oblasti gastronomie v současné češtině a jeho formy integrace. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on French loanwords from the field of gastronomy in contemporary Czech lexis. The thesis first deals with the topic of foreign word adoption in general. It then characterizes more specifically the gallicisms that have been adopted into the Czech language throughout history, and finally defines adoptions from the field of gastronomy. The selected and defined corpus of adopted words is then subjected to a deeper linguistic analysis. In particular, the nature of gallicisms will be examined and evaluated from the morphological and phonetic point of view, i.e. especially their adaptation and integration in the Czech language. However, attention will also be devoted to their frequency of use, or native speakers and their knowledge and use of certain gallicisms.
