| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma "Řízení výkonnosti procesů s využitím nástrojů controllingu". Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na stručnou charakteristiku vybrané společnosti. V této části je společnost přiblížena z hlediska její podnikatelské činnosti, produktového portfolia a analýzy podnikatelského prostředí, ve kterém působí. Následně je provedena analýza finanční výkonnosti podniku a vyčlenění teoretických východisek pro procesní řízení podniku. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na praktická východiska. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé klíčové indikátory podniku, ty jsou následně zhodnocena a popsána z hlediska jejich propojení na MIS. Následně jsou stanovena nová KPI, která v současném reportingu nepostihují oblast výroby a logistiky podniku. Dále je práce zaměřena na kalkulační metodu ABC. Touto metodou jsou následně vypočteny nepřímé náklady ke zvolenému výrobku a srovnány s náklady propočtenými současnou metodou. V závěru práce jsou stanovena doporučení pro podnik při zavádění nově zvolených KPI a kalkulační metody ABC. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Master´s thesis is focused on the topic "Process performance management using controlling tools". The Master´s thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the Master´s thesis is focused on a brief description of the selected company. In this part, the company is described in terms of its business activities, product portfolio and analysis of the business environment in which it operates. Subsequently, an analysis of the company´s financial performance and the theoretical basis for the company´s process management is set aside. The second part of the Master´s thesis is focused on practical background. The individual key indicators of the company are described here, which are then evaluated and described in terms of their connection to the MIS. Subsequently, new KPIs are set, which in the current reporting do not cover the area of production and logistics of the company. Furthermore, the work is focused on the ABC calculation method. This metod then calculates the indirect costs of the selected product and compares them with the costs calculated by the current method. At the end of the work are set recommendations for the company in the implementation of newly selected KPIs and ABC calculation method. |
