| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systém SAP a jeho využití v controllingu, konkrétně na controllingovém oddělení společnosti Faurecia Automotive Czech Republic, s. r. o. sídlící v Písku. V práci jsou nejprve představeny podnikové informační systémy a následně systémy pro plánování podnikových zdrojů ERP. Definován je pojem controlling, jeho možné chápání různými autory, cíle, funkce a koncepce controllingu. Přiblížen je profil společnosti SAP, jakožto lídra na trhu s ERP systémy, pozornost je věnována i použití systému právě pro controlling. Praktická část práce pojednává o společnosti Faurecia S.A. Na teoretické poznatky navazuje metodická příručka pro pracovníka na pozici Internista/Finance Trainee na oddělení controllingu ve zmíněném píseckém závodě. Popsány jsou především jednotlivé controllingové aktivity a jejich návaznost na podnikový systém SAP. |
| Abstract in different language: | Master's Thesis is focused on SAP System and its use in Controlling, specifically on the controlling department of Faurecia Automotive Czech Republic, s. r. o. situated in Písek. First part of thesis defines business information systems and then systems for enterprise resource planning ERP. The term of controlling is defined as possible understanding by various authors, goals, functions and concepts of controlling. The profile of SAP as a market leader in ERP systems is presented and brings attention also to use this system in controlling. Practical part of the thesis deals with company Faurecia S.A. The theoretical knowledge is followed by a Methodological manual for an employee in the position of Internist/Finance Trainee at the controlling department in the above-mentioned Písek plant. It describes mainly description of individual controlling activities and their connection to the SAP corporate system. |
