| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou daňové aspekty sdílené ekonomiky. Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí stanovených metodických postupů vyhodnotit daňové aspekty jednotlivých zvolených platforem sdílené ekonomiky a stanovit doporučení z hlediska regulace daňových povinností. Autorka si pro svou práci vybrala dvě odvětví sdílené ekonomiky, a to sdílené ubytování a platformu Airbnb a sdílené finance a platformy Bondster a Mintos. Autorka nejprve uvede možné formy zdanění těchto dvou odvětví a dále dle dostupných dat provede analýzu konkrétních daňových povinností poskytovatelů sdílené ekonomiky ve zvolených odvětví. Po provedené analýze autorka danou problematiku shrne a následně stanoví doporučení pro pozitivní vývoj sdílené ekonomiky z hlediska regulačních opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this master thesis is the tax aspects of the sharing economy. The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the tax aspects of individual selected platforms of the shared economy using established methodological procedures and to set recommendations from the regulation of tax obligations point of view. The author chose two sectors of the shared economy for her work, namely shared accommodation which includes Airbnb platform and shared finances including Bondster and Mintos platforms. Author first presents possible forms of taxation of these two sectors and then, according to available data, an analysis of specific tax obligations of providers of the shared economy in selected sectors is performed. After the analysis, the issues are summarized and then recommendations are made to improve the current situation of the shared economy in terms of regulatory measures. |
