| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce je popsána anatomie nervové soustavy a možnost regenerace nervové tkáně. Dále je v ní definována roztroušená skleróza jako onemocnění, její etiopatogeneze, epidemiologie, její formy, klinický obraz, diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika a farmakologická léčba. Dále teoretická část obsahuje navrhnutý léčebně-pohybový plán doporučený při léčbě roztroušené sklerózy. V praktické části se práce zabývá hodnocením motivace k výkonu pohybové aktivity u jedinců s roztroušenou sklerózou po rekondičním pobytu a tím, zdali má pohybová aktivita pozitivní efekt na symptomy provázející roztroušenou sklerózu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na hodnocení subjektivního vnímání únavy, rychlost jejího nástupu a její "velikost" při výkonu pohybové aktivity v různě posturálně náročných polohách u jedinců s roztroušenou sklerózou. |
| Abstract in different language: | In theoretical part of the thesis, there is described anatomy of the nervous system and possibilities of regeneration of its tissue. Furthermore, there is defined multiple sclerosis as a disease, its etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, its forms, clinical picture, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and pharmacological treatment. Furthermore, in theoretical part it is described and suggested recommended health and movement treatment in managing multiple sclerosis. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the motivation to perform physical activity in individuals with multiple sclerosis after retreat and whether physical activity has a positive effect on the symptoms accompanying multiple sclerosis. Moreover, the thesis focuses on the assessment of subjective perception of fatigue, its onset rate, and its "magnitude" during the performance of physical activity in differently challenging postural positions in individuals with multiple sclerosis. |
