| Abstract: | Mezinárodní ochrana lidských práv ušla od svého vzniku dlouhou cestou. Zpočátku byla ochrana lidských práv čistě v rukou nezávislých států, ale postupem času mezinárodní organizace začaly na ochranu lidských práv pohlížet jako na jeden ze svých účelů. Tím byl zahájen proces reinterpretace různých mezinárodních dohod a konvencí, které začaly být interpretovány více "prointervenčně". Státní suverenita přestala být tak přísná a mezinárodní organizace začaly převzít kontrolu nad porušováním lidských práv jako v Kosovu nebo v Libyi. |
| Abstract in different language: | International human rights protection has come a long way since its start. In the beginning, protection of human rights was purely in hands of independent states, but over time it has changed and international organizations has started to look at human rights protection as on one of its purposes. This began the process of reinterpreting various international aggreements and conventions, which began to be interpreted more "pro-interventionally". State sovereignty has ceased to be so strict and international organizations has started to take control over human rights violations as in Kosovo or in Libya. |
