| Abstract: | Vietnam je mojí rodnou zemí. Třebaže jsem většinu svého života žila mimo zemi, vždy jsem byla pyšná na svůj původ. S námětem Vietnamu jsem začínala se svojí první klauzurní prací na této fakultě a ráda bych tím i zakončila své studium a ukázala tak svůj vývoj a využila veškerých znalostí a zkušeností, které mi škola přinesla, neboť při první tvorbě na tento námět, jsem se stále hledala. Téma mé diplomové práce je Tvorba kolekce ve spolupráci s konkrétním výrobcem, firmou, značkou. Společnost, kterou jsem si vybrala pro spolupráci je W.ELL Fabric, vietnamská textilní firma, která mi poskytla konzultace a materiály na tvorbu této práce. Většinu látek jsem nechala potisknout mými potisky, které jsou inspirovány Vietnamskou krajinou a přírodou, některé materiály jsem obarvila na černo. Při rešerši pro tento projekt jsem se zabývala textilním průmyslem ve Vietnamu, mentalitou vietnamských obyvatel a jak tam nahlíží na módu, a historii tradičních vietnamských krojů. Kolekce se skládá z osmi černobílých modelů, které jsou inspirované vietnamskou kulturou spojené se západní. Vnímám tuto práci jako zrcadlo mé vlastní identity. |
| Abstract in different language: | Vietnam is my mother country. I was born there and even though I have lived most of my life outside of the country, I was always a proud Vietnamese. The first project, that I have done in the University was about Vietnamese tradition. At that time, I was still inexperienced and therefore the outcome was very superficial, without much meaning. I have started my path in the University with Vietnam and I would like to conclude this journey with the same concept as well and show the progress that I have made. The topic of my Master Thesis is the Collection collaborating with specific producer, company, brand. The company I chose for my partnership is W.ELL Fabric, Vietnamese textile firm, which has provided me with consultations and with fabrics. Most of the fabrics were printed on with my designs, that were inspired by Vietnamese nature, and some of the fabrics were dyed black. For my project, I have done research about Vietnam's clothing industry, about mentality of Vietnamese people and their regards for clothes and about history of Vietnamese traditional dresses as well. The collection consists of eight black and white outfits that were influenced by Vietnamese culture mixed with a Western twist. I view this series as a mirror of my own identity. |
