| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Význam edukace v oblasti všedních denních aktivit u gravidních žen z pohledu ergoterapeuta" se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou bolesti zad u těhotných žen, včetně možné prevenci a managementu ve formě ergonomických poznatků při provádění ADL a cvičení. Kvalitativní výzkum v praktické části byl realizován pomocí edukační jednotky s navazujícím rozhovorem a je zaměřen na význam edukace ADL v těhotenství v rámci prevence bolesti dolní části zad. Výsledky z šetření jsou k dispozici v této práci a jejich interpretace je obsažena v diskusi. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis "The importance of education in activities of daily living for pregnant women from the view of an Occupational Therapist" is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the matter of pregnancy-related lower back pain, including prevention and/or management of the pain with the help of ergonomic knowledge used during ADL and exercise. The qualitative research of this thesis consisted of executing education followed by an interview. The research aims to find out the importance of education in pregnancy as a prevention and/or management of lower back pain. The result of this study is available and discussed at the end of this thesis. |
