| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je výzkum dostupných možností v oblasti technik fixace a prezervace anatomických preparátů. Předmětem zkoumání je především vliv různých postupů balzamování na vlastnosti fixované tkáně. S ohledem na známé nedostatky fixace za přítomnosti formaldehydu, se práce zaměřuje především na metody neformaldehydové. Cílem studie je testování a porovnání různých, komerčně známých fixativ a vlastností jimi balzamovaných tkání, jako například vliv na biomechaniku tkáně. Dále hodnotí vhodnost preparátů pro použití ve výuce, lékařské klinické praxi a v muzeích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis researches available possibilities in the field of fixation and preservation techniques of anatomical specimens. With regard to the known shortcomings of fixation in the presence of formaldehyde, the work focuses mainly on methods devoid of this chemical. The aim of the study is to test and compare various commercially known fixatives and ther effect on the embalmed tissue, such as change in biomechanics. It also evaluates the suitability of the methor for use in teaching, medical and clinical practice and museums. |
