| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením limitů ve hře u dětí s diagnostikovanou dětskou mozkovou obrnou, a to s hemiparetickou anebo s diparetickou formou. V teoretické části je poukázáno na pojem hra a její možnosti využití v ergoterapii, je zde popsán vývoj hry a její znaky a druhy. Dále je popsána dětská mozková obrna a její formy. Práce také představuje zahraniční standardizovaný test Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test (Quest). Praktická část je zpracovaná kvalitativní formou výzkumu. Obsahuje 8 případových studii. Vybraný soubor dětí má diagnostikovanou hemiparetickou nebo diparetickou formu dětské mozkové obrny. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis looks at assessing the limits in play in children diagnosed with cerebral palsy with either hemiparetic or diparetic forms. In the theoretical part the notion of the game and its possibilities of use in ergotherapy is pointed out here describing the devel-opment of the game and its characters and species. Children's cerebral palsy and its forms are also described. The work also presents the foreign standardized Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test (Quest). The practical part is a qualitative form of research. It contains 8 case studies. The se-lected set of children has been diagnosed with a hemiparetic or diparetic form of pediatric cerebral palsy. |
