| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na plánování celoročního tréninkového cyklu cyklisty v aplikaci TrainingPeaks. Celoroční plán je vytvořen na základě reálných dat, a je vytvořen pro poloprofesionálního cyklistu. Práce obsahuje postupy na tvorbu celoročního plánu, mezocyklů, mikrocyklů a tréninkových jednotek. Kromě postupů pro tvorbu, práce také nabízí postupy pro analýzu jednotlivých cyklů a tréninkových jednotek. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on planning a year-round cyclist training cycle in app Trainingpeaks. The year-round plan is created on the basis of real data, and is created for a semi-professional cyclist. The work contains procedures for creating a year-round plan, mesocycles, microcycles and training units. In addition to the procedures for creation, the thesis also offers procedures for the analysis of individual cycles and training units. |
