| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací s rodiči v nepříjemných situacích. První část práce popisuje komunikaci s rodičem, která se odlišuje na základě řešené problémové situace, konkrétních typů rodiny a jejich výchovných stylů. Popisuje přípravu, průběh a závěr setkání s rodiči. Praktická část zkoumá zkušenosti pedagogů týkající se rozhovorů s rodiči při nepříjemných situacích. Dále popisuje čtyři konkrétní situace pedagogů MŠ. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of communication with parents in unpleasant situations. The first part of the thesis describes communication with the parent, which differs based on the addressed problematic situation, specific family types and their parenting styles. It describes the preparation, course, and conclusion of meeting with parents. The practical part examines the experience of educators regarding conversations with parents in unpleasant situations. It also describes four specific situations of kindergarten teachers. |
