| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou Parkinsonovy nemoci, a to konkrétně využitím techniky vědomé chůze v rámci léčby osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jakou měrou ovlivňuje technika vědomé chůze klinický obraz osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Oblasti sledovaní proměn se zabývaly kognitivními funkcemi, motorickými příznaky, posturální stabilitou, chůzí a kvalitou života. Vybrané nástroje pro monitoraci daných oblasti obsahovaly: MoCA test, MDS-UPDRS škálu, MiniBESTest a PDQ-8 dotazník. Z vyhodnocených výsledků vyplývá, že techniku vědomé chůze lze s úspěchem využít u osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí v lehkém až středním stádiu onemocnění pro ovlivnění všech sledovaných oblastí klinického zájmu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of Parkinson's disease, specifically the use of the technique of conscious walking in the treatment of people with Parkinson's disease. The aim of the study was to determine the extent to which the technique of conscious walking affects the clinical picture of people with Parkinson's disease. Areas of change monitoring dealt with cognitive functions, motor symptoms, postural stability, walking and quality of life. Selected tools for monitoring the given areas included: MoCA test, MDS-UPDRS scale, MiniBESTest and PDQ-8 questionnaire. The evaluated results show that the technique of conscious walking can be successfully used in people with Parkinson's disease in the mild to moderate stage of the disease to influence all monitored areas of clinical interest. |
