| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálně schváleným návrhem důchodové reformy v ČR. V první části práce je popsána historie důchodového sytému až po současnost včetně důvodu neudržitelnosti současné koncepce důchodových systémů jak v ČR tak v EU. Následuje komparace důchodových systémů vybraných zemí EU a popis současné schválené důchodové reformy včetně novel, které jí předcházely. Poslední část práce analyzuje tuto důchodovou reformu a autorka zde upozorňuje na možná úskalí do budoucnosti. V závěru pak uvádí svůj vlastní postoj k důchodové reformě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the currently approved design of pension reform in the Czech Republic The first part describes the history of the pension system to the present including the reason for unsustainability of the current design of pension systems in Czech Republic and also in the EU. The following comparison of pension systems of selected EU countries and the description of the current approved pension reforms, including changes. The last part of this work analyzes the pension reform, and also here the author draws attention to possible pitfalls in the future. In conclusion, stated her own position on pension reform. |
