| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo poukázat na stále rostoucí význam licenčních smluv s mezinárodním prvkem v každodenním životě nejen obchodníků, vynálezců, autorů, ale obecně všech lidí. Navzdory tomu, že je problematika licenčních smluv známá již po staletí, a zaměstnává množství mezinárodních organizací, není její právní úprava dostatečná. Práce se zabývá mimo jiné vymezením postavení softwarových licenčních smluv v kontextu s běžnými mezinárodními licenčními smlouvami. Problematikou softwarových licencí se zabývá stále ještě nedostatečné množství odborníků z oboru práva. V této práci se snažíme uporoznit na skutečnosti, se kterými se každodenně setkáváme aniž bychom si uvědomovali, že jsme součástí "světa plného licencí". |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this diploma thesis is an international license agreement. The author?s aim was not to deal with the whole topic but to focus on an increasing importance of license agreements with international bindings in ordinary life of businessmen, inventors, creators and generally all the people. Despite of the fact that the intellectual property is being solved in a lot of treaties and employs many international organizations it has been broken in various ways and many substantial causes have been probated. The first connection into the Internet means to become a part of a world of licenses. Although the software licenses issue is significant it has been ignored very often and only a few jurists are interested in it. This work should point at the software licenses in the international law context and its relations to the common license treaties. |
