| Abstract: | Diplomová práca predstavuje možnosti manažmentu zdieľaných vodných zdrojov. V úvode práce autor predstaví medzinárodné dohody a zmluvy, ktoré priamo vplývajú na možnosti vedenia manažmentu povodia riek. Následne, v troch vybraných prípadových štúdiách, zameraných na manažment povodia riek Níl, Dunaj a Mekong autor poukazuje na spôsob vzniku, princípy fungovania, ale aj na socioekonomické faktory, ktoré majú priamy vplyv na vedenie manažmentu daného povodia rieky. V závere každej kapitoly sa nachádza SWOT analýza, vďaka ktorej je možné poznať výhody a nedostatky analyzovaných prípadov manažmentu medzinárodných riek, ako aj príležitosti a hrozby, ktorých potencionálnych rozvoj manažmentu povodia čelí. V závere práce autor zosumarizoval faktory, ktoré na manažmentu vplývajú, ako aj previedol krátku komparáciu vybraných prípadových štúdií. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis presents the possibilities for the management of shared water resources. At the beginning of the thesis, the author presents international agreements and conventions that directly affect the possibilities of river basin management. Subsequently, in three selected case studies, focused on the management of the Nile, Danube and Mekong river basins, the author points out the way of formation, and principles of operation, but also on socioeconomic factors that have a direct impact on the management of the given river basin. At the end of each chapter is presented a SWOT analysis, thanks to which it is possible to know the advantages and disadvantages of the analyzed cases of international river management, as well as the opportunities and threats that the potential development of the basin management faces. At the end of the work, the author summarized the factors that influenced management and structured a short comparison of selected case studies. |
