| Abstract: | Tato práce si kladla za cíl zjistit, s jakými potřebami se setkávají lidé po odchodu z ústavního zařízení, konkrétně z dětského domova pod pseudonymem Pampeliška. První část práce se zabývá dosavadním věděním a teoretickým ukotvením problematiky. V části věnované dosavadnímu vědění jsou uvedeny výzkumy, s jejichž výsledky je v průběhu práce dále pracováno. Dále se zaměřuji na vymezení ústavní výchovy dle zákona č. 109/2002 Sb., kde jsou jednotlivá zařízení krátce představena. Následně se věnuji potřebám a přípravě na odchod z dětského domova. Druhá část práce je věnována výzkumu. Jedná se o případovou studii, tedy kvalitativní výzkum. Informátoři byli zvoleni metodou záměrného výběru pomocí tamních pracovníků dětského domova. Realizovalo se pět hloubkových rozhovorů, s třemi ženami a dvěma muži. Uskutečněním výzkumu byly zjištěny potřebné bariéry a stimulanty, podle nichž bylo možné identifikovat potřeby. Potřebu chápu jako hypotetický stav, kdy jsou bariéry minimalizovány a stimulanty maximalizovány. Provedený výzkum přinesl poznatky, které lze brát v potaz při systematické přípravě dětí na opuštění dětského domova. Jedná se o potřebu jistoty a bezpečí, potřebu osobní identity a potřebu finanční soběstačnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis aimed to identify the needs that people encounter after leaving institutional care, specifically from a children's home under the pseudonym Pampeliška. The first part of the thesis deals with current knowledge and theoretical grounding of the issue. The section on current knowledge presents research whose results are used throughout the work. The theoretical grounding of the issue includes three chapters. Then there is definition of institutional-released children according to Act No. 109/2002 Coll., where individual facilities are briefly introduced. The next chapter focuses on needs and then devotes of preparing for leaving the children's home. The second part of the work is focused on research. This is a case study, which is qualitative research. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling method with the help of the local staff of the children's home. Five in-depth interviews were conducted, with three women and two men. By conducting the research, the necessary barriers and stimulants were identified, according to which needs could be identified. I understand the need as a hypothetical state in which barriers are minimised and stimulants are maximised. The conducted research yielded insights that can be taken into account in the systematic preparation of children for leaving the children's home. These include the need for security and safety, the need for personal identity, and the need for financial self-sufficiency. |
