| Abstract: | Kvalifikační práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problémy trhu práce v okrese Domažlice. V první části je vysvětlena základní terminologie, která s problematikou souvisí a poskytuje podrobnější pohled na téma. Práce představuje zkoumané regiony, okres Domažlice a okres Cham, v souvislosti se situací na místních trzích práce. Věnuje se přeshraniční mobilitě pracovních sil z domažlického regionu do sousedního Německa a jejím dopadům na trh práce v okrese Domažlice, zejména odlivu pracovních sil z okresu a zvýšené poptávce po některých profesích. Zahrnuje výčet mimořádně poptávaných profesí v okrese Domažlice. Předkládá různé aspekty pracovní mobility občanů z Domažlicka do Spolkové republiky Německo, především hlavní motivy občanů pro práci v České republice a potenciální přínosy práce v Německu pro zaměstnání v jejich domovské zemi. Aspekty jsou zkoumány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Kvalifikační práce přináší návrhy opatření cílící na snížení odlivu pracovní síly z regionu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This qualification thesis focuses on current labor market issues in the district of Domažlice. The first part explains the basic terminology related to the issue and provides a more detailed view of the topic. The thesis presents the investigated regions, the districts of Domažlice and Cham, in connection with the current state of local labor markets. It addresses cross-border mobility of workers from the Domažlice region to neighboring Germany and its impact on the labor market in the Domažlice district, particularly the outflow of labor from the district and increased demand for certain professions. It includes a list of exceptionally demanded professions in the Domažlice district. The thesis presents various aspects of labor mobility of citizens from the Domažlice region to the Federal Republic of Germany, especially the main motives of citizens for working in the Czech Republic and the potential benefits of working in Germany for employment in their home country. The aspects are examined using a questionnaire survey. The qualification thesis provides proposals for measures aimed at reducing the outflow of labor from the region. |
