| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se autorka zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení důležitých pojmů související s konceptem udržitelnosti a na vyjmenování a popis jistých výhod plynoucí ze zavedení tohoto konceptu do strategií podniků. Dále se autorka zabývá analýzou udržitelnosti ve vybraném podniku, kde popisuje, jakými způsoby se podnik snaží dosáhnout udržitelnosti, a jestli se vybranému podniku daří plnit jimi stanovené cíle. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this bachelor's thesis, the author focuses on the theoretical definition of important terms related to the concept of sustainability, and on listing and describing certain benefits that arise from implementing this concept into business strategies. Furthermore, the author deals with the analysis of sustainability in a selected company, where she describes the ways in which the company strives to achieve sustainability, and whether the chosen company succeeds in fulfilling its set goals. |
