| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování uživatelské příručky pro systém SAP v Plzeňském Prazdroji, a.s. Práce popisuje teoretická východiska problematiky podnikových informačních systémů a informačního systému SAP. V praktické části práce byla vytvořena uživatelská příručka s ohledem na specifika a potřeby zaměstnanců oddělení NPD & MRP, pracující na pracovní pozici Material Specialist ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. Tato příručka slouží jako ucelený a srozumitelný průvodce pro uživatele systému SAP a byla úspěšně implementována do reálného prostředí. Výsledkem implementace je zvýšení efektivity práce uživatelů a snížení nákladů na školení a podporu uživatelů systému SAP ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master´s thesis focuses on the development of a user manual for the SAP system in Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. The thesis describes the theoretical background of enterprise information systems and SAP information system. In the practical part of the thesis, the user manual was created with regard to the specifics and needs of the employees of the NPD & MRP department, working in the position of Material Specialist at Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. This manual serves as a comprehensive and comprehensible guide for SAP users and has been successfully implemented in a real environment. As a result of the implementation, the efficiency of users' work has increased and the costs of training and support for SAP users at Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. have been reduced. |
