| Abstract: | V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval analýzou činnosti Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu, jeho organizaci, působnost a pravomoci. Cílem diplomové práce bylo komplexně analyzovat Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad. Diplomová práce se také zabývá představením a analýzou zahraničních kontrolních institucí jako je Evropský účetní dvůr a Německý Spolkový účetní dvůr. Své místo v této práci mají i nejvýznamnější organizace, do nichž se nejvyšší kontrolní instituce začleňují. V diplomové práci se také zabývám Mezinárodní a Evropskou organizací nejvyšších kontrolních institucí. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis I analyzed the activities of the Supreme Audit Office, its organization, scope and powers. The aim of the diploma thesis was to comprehensively analyse the Supreme Audit Office. The diploma thesis also deals with the introduction and analysis of foreign audit institutions such as the European Court of Auditors and the German Federal Court of Auditors. The most important organisations in which supreme audit institutions are integrated have their place in this thesis. In the thesis I also deal with the International and European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions. |
