| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je blíže představit a následně kriticky zhodnotit aktuální právní úpravu ukládání správních trestů v přestupkovém právu. Dílčím cílem této práce je poukázat na instituty trestního práva, kterými se zákonodárce inspiroval i při úpravě pravidel pro ukládání správních trestů. V úvodních kapitolách diplomové práce jsou představeny základní zásady správního trestání a jednotlivé druhy správních trestů. Hlavním tématem této práce jsou pravidla pro ukládání správních trestů a jejich bližší charakteristika. V závěru práce je pak věnována pozornost zvláštním způsobům rozhodnutí ve správním trestání a ukládání správních trestů za více přestupků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main objective of this work is to introduce and critically evaluate the current legal framework for imposing administrative sanctions in misdemeanor law. A partial objective of this work is to highlight the institutes of criminal law that the legislature drew inspiration from when regulating the rules for imposing administrative sanctions. The introductory chapters of the thesis present the basic principles of administrative punishment and the different types of administrative sanctions. The main topic of this work is the rules for imposing administrative sanctions and their closer characteristics. In the conclusion of the work, attention is then devoted to special ways of decision-making in administrative punishment and the imposition of administrative sanctions for multiple misdemeanors. |
