| Abstract: | Práce představuje vývoj divadla v Plzni jak z pohledu historického, tak i kulturního. Je zde zachycen rozvoj prvních ochotnických společností, které účinkovaly především v německém jazyce. První divadelní budovy se Plzeň dočkala roku 1832. Toto divadlo bylo od roku 1868 zadáno pouze pro česká představení, tedy němečtí přívrženci byli nuceni postavit vlastní dramatickou scénu. V této práci jsem se snažila podrobně popsat jednotlivé události, díky kterým vzniklo v Plzni ryze české divadlo, později nazývané Divadlo J. K. Tyla. Divadlo bylo postaveno v letech 1899-1902 v novorenesančním stylu se secesními prvky. Projekt vypracoval Antonín Balšánek. Na bohaté umělecké výzdobě pracovali Ladislav Šaloun, Augustin Němejc a další významní umělci. Na přelomu období 70. a 80 let 20. století proběhla kompletní rekonstrukce divadla s novou přístavbou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis presents the development of theatre in Pilsen from both historical and cultural point of view. It captures the development of the first amateur theatre companies, which performed mainly in German. The first theatre building in Pilsen was built in 1832. From 1868 this theatre was commissioned only for Czech performances, so German adherents were forced to build their own dramatic stage. In this thesis, I tried to describe in detail the individual events thanks to which a purely Czech theatre, later called City Theatre of J. K. Tyl, was established in Pilsen. The theatre was built in 1899-1902 in the Neo-Renaissance style with Art Nouveau elements. The project was elaborated by Antonín Balšánek. Ladislav Šaloun, Augustin Němejc and other important artists worked on the rich artistic decoration. At the turn of the 70s and 80s of the 20th century, there was a complete reconstruction of the theatre with a new extension. |
