| Abstract: | V teoretické části jsme čtenáře obeznámili se základní charakteristikou nově rozvíjejícího sportu překážkových běhů, typologií překážek a jejich stručnou historií. Dále jsme se zaobírali definicí staršího školního věku a jeho hlavními změnami v rámci pohybových schopností. V rámci tělovýchovného hlediska jsme čtenáře seznámili s obecným vybavením školních tělocvičen a základní strukturou hodiny tělesné výchovy. V empirické části došlo k navržení modifikací překážek ve školním prostředí za pomocí školního vybavení, k jejich následné realizaci a testování žáků druhého stupně v dvoutýdenním cyklu. Poté jsme vyhodnotili výsledky z vyplněného anketního šetření od žáků i pedagogů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part deals with the basic description of the newly developing sport of the obstacle course races, the obstacle typology and their brief history. The next part explains what the older school age is and what are its main changes in regards to motor skills. When talking about the sporting point of view, the reader learns about the general equipment of the school gyms and the basic structure of the PE class. The empirical part of my thesis describes the suggestion of the obstacle modifications in the school environment with the help of school gym equipment. This is followed up by the actual implementation of the obstacles into the PE class and their testing on the pupils of the second stage of the primary school during a two-week period. Both pupils and teachers then completed a questionnaire and the results of each one of them were assessed. |
