| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním parametrů lokomoce u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Cílem práce je sledování parametrů chůze, vliv roztroušené sklerózy na ní, zda přiřazený stupeň dle Kurtzkého škály odpovídá pacientově chůzi a hledání souvislosti či rozdílností testů mezi sebou. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Součástí teoretické části je stručný popis tohoto onemocnění od její historie až po současnost diagnostického vyšetření. Další kapitola se zabývá samostatnou chůzí, vývojem, druhem a poruchou chůze. Praktická část byla vypracována ve formě výzkumného kvantitativního šetření z dotazníku a funkčních testů chůze. Data a parametry jsou prezentovány pomocí tabulek a grafů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of locomotion parameters in patients with multiple sclerosis. The aim of the thesis is to monitor gait parameters, the influence of multiple sclerosis on it, whether the assigned grade according to the Kurtzky scale corresponds to the patient's gait and to look for the connection or differences between the tests. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a brief description of the disease from its history to the present diagnostic examination. The next chapter deals with independent gait, development, type and disorder of gait. The practical part was developed in the form of a research quantitative investigation from a questionnaire and functional tests of gait. Data and parameters are presented using tables and graphs. |
