| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fyzioterapeutické postupy určené pro pacienty s diagnostikovaným pectus excavatum. Jedná se o formu vrozené vývojové vady hrudní stěny s progresivním omezením dechové funkce a snížením objemového prostoru hrudní stěny. Práce se zabývá možnostmi léčby této vrozené vady pomocí fyzioterapeutických postupů s prvky respirační rehabilitace, Vojtovy a Kaltenbornovy metody. Výzkumnou skupinu tvoří dva respondenti ve věku 12 a 14 let, s různou formou deformity hrudní stěny, testovaní v soukromé ambulanci DH Fyzioterapie v Litoměřicích. Formou terapeutických postupů se zjišťuje, zda aplikace vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod může pozitivně ovlivnit následky způsobené vrozenou vývojovou vadou. Vyšetření probíhalo na začátku a na konci celého tříměsíčního výzkumu. Frekvence opakování byla stanovena dvakrát týdně s intervalem 45 minut. Z výzkumů vyplývá, že námi vybrané postupy pozitivně ovlivnily dechovou funkci plic a zlepšily pohybové asymetrie. Potvrdilo se, že aplikací zvolených terapeutických postupů lze pozitivně ovlivnit následky způsobené vývojovou vadou. V přílohách jsou připojeny dokumenty obsahující informovaný souhlas o výzkumném šetření respondentů a pracoviště. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on physiotherapy procedures intended for patients diagnosed with pectus excavatum. It is a form of congenital developmental defect of the chest wall with progressive limitation of respiratory function and reduction of the volume space of the chest wall. The thesis deals with the possibilities of treatment of this congenital defect using physiotherapeutic procedures with elements of respiratory rehabilitation, Vojta and Kaltenborn method. The research group consists of two respondents aged 12 and 14, with various forms of chest wall deformity, tested in the private clinic of DH Physiotherapy in Litoměřice. The form of therapeutic procedures determines whether the application of selected physiotherapeutic methods can positively affect the consequences caused by a congenital developmental defect. The examination took place at the beginning and at the end of the entire three month trial. The repetition frequency was determined twice a week with an interval of 45 minutes. Research shows that the procedures chosen by us positively affected the respiratory function of the lungs and improved movement asymmetries. It has been confirmed that the consequences caused by a developmental defect can be positively influenced by the application of selected therapeutic procedures.
