| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů základních škol a možným nárůstem rizika jeho výskytu v období pandemie covid-19. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace k tématu, z těch poté vychází výzkum v praktické části. Cílem je získat aktuální data o výskytu syndromu vyhoření, jejich porovnání s údaji z doby pandemie a pojmenování nejsilnějších stresorů, které k vyhoření přispívají. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among primary and lower-secondary school teachers and the possible increase in the risk of its occurrence during the covid-19 pandemic. The theoretical part provides basic information on the topic, from which the research in the practical part is based. The goal is to obtain current data on the occurrence of burnout syndrome, compare them with data from the time of the pandemic, and name the strongest stressors that contribute to burnout. |
