| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Veřejný zájem, veřejné zájmy". Hlavním cílem práce bude vymezit pojem "veřejný zájem" a zaměřit se na problematiku jeho definování. Práce by měla mít za úkol seznámit čtenáře s dalšími pojmy s veřejným zájmem souvisejícími. Výzkum se také bude věnovat použití pojmu v jednotlivých právních předpisech českého právního řádu a bude obsahovat rozbor těchto předpisů v rámci použití pojmu. V souvislosti s veřejným zájmem bude práce obsahovat také porovnání veřejného zájmu se zájmem soukromým a poukazovat na možné situace jejich střetu. V závěru práce čtenář může blíže pochopit danou problematiku prostřednictvím praktické ukázky na případu demolice Domu kultury Inwest v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis "Public interest, public interests". The main objective of the thesis will be to define the term "public interest" and to focus on the problem of its definition. The thesis should aim to introduce other concepts related to the public interest to the reader. The research will also focus on the use of the term in individual legal regulations of the Czech legal system and will include an analysis of these regulations in the context of the use of the term. In relation to public interest, the thesis will also include a comparison of public interest with private interest and point out possible situations of their conflict. At the end of the thesis, the reader can understand the issue in more detail through a practical example of the demolition of the cultural house "Dům kultury Inwest" in Pilsen. |
