| Abstract: | Práce, která propojuje gastronomii s uměním a řemeslem. Vznikl tak jídelní servis pro restauraci Mace v Táboře, jejiž šéfkuchař je Martin Svatek. Vznikla spolupráce, která si zakládá na lokálních surovinách. Jíly které byly použity pro výrobu servisu pocházejí ze surových zdrojů. Host restaurace má tak možnost být v kontaktu s s materiálem při konzumaci pokrmů. Jílová ložiska jsou natolik kvalitní, že vydrží nápor v běžném provozu restaurace. |
| Abstract in different language: | A work that combines gastronomy with art and craft. This is how the food service for the restaurant Mace in Tábor was created, whose chef is Martin Svatek. A collaboration that relies on local ingredients was created. The ingredients used for the service come from raw sources. The guest of the restaurant has the opportunity to be in contact with the material while eating the dishes. The clay deposits are of such high quality that they can withstand the strain of normal restaurant operation. |
