| Abstract: | Již od počátků lidské civilizace se jednotlivé regiony dělily na regiony jádra, a na regiony periferie. Regiony jádra, které disponovaly bohatstvím a regiony periferie, které byly právě regiony jádra často vykořisťovány. Později se touto oblastí začaly zabývat nejrůznější teorie regionálního rozvoje, jejímiž autory byli světově významní ekonomové. Regiony jádra a regiony periferie se v současných dobách mohou dělit dle nejrůznějších úrovní. Může to být na městské, státní nebo kontinentální úrovni. Práce si dává za cíl nastínit, jak se jednotlivé vztahy mezi jádry a periferiemi projevují v prostředí evropských fotbalových soutěží, a jestli se v tomto prostředí nějakým způsobem odlišují regiony jádra od regionů periferie, jako je tomu tak v prostředí ekonomických systémů |
| Abstract in different language: | Since the beginning of human civilization, regions have been divided into core regions and periphery regions. Regions of the core, which had wealth, and regions of the periphery, which were often exploited by the regions of the core. Later, various theories of regional development, authored by world-renowned economists, began to address this area. Nowadays, core regions and periphery regions can be divided according to various levels. It may be at the city, state or continental level. This paper aims to outline how the different relationships between core and periphery regions manifest themselves in the setting of European football competitions, and whether core regions are in any way distinguished from periphery regions in this setting, as is the case in the setting of economic systems |
