| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací marketingového výzkumu pomocí metody Mystery shopping. Provedený výzkum touto metodou se zaměřuje na kvalitu poskytnutých služeb zákazníkům v kavárenském prostředí. V prvních kapitolách práce je zpracován teoretický úvod do řešené problematiky, kde je objasněn termín marketingový výzkum a samotná metoda Mystery shopping. Další kapitoly obsahují představení zvolených kaváren, ve kterých byl Mystery shopping prováděn (šetření probíhalo v pobočkách Plzeňské franšízy CrossCafe), detailně popsáný výzkum daných kaváren a doporučení na zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of marketing research using the Mystery shopping method. The research carried out using this method focuses on the quality of services provided to customers in a cafe environment. In the first chapters of the work, a theoretical introduction to the problem is elaborated, where the term marketing research and the mystery shopping method itself are clarified. Other chapters contain an introduction to the selected cafes in which Mystery shopping was carried out (the investigation took place in the branches of the Pilsen CrossCafe franchise), a detailed research of the given cafes and recommendations for improvement. |
