| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je vytvořit analýzu vybraných podnikových činností konkrétní stavební společnosti APB Zbůch. V teoretické části jsou vysvětlena teoretická východiska dané problematiky, která se týkají logistiky a marketingových činností. V praktické části je představen podnik B & BC Zbůch a jeho hlavní činnost. Následně je provedena charakteristika a analýza vybraných podnikových činností a marketingových nástrojů ve firmě. Praktická část je zakončena SWOT analýzou vycházející z předchozích situačních analýz. Metodika práce je provedena na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci firmy a literární rešerše. V neposlední řadě vycházejí informace také z příslušné vnitropodnikové dokumentace. Podle zjištěných informací jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro konkrétní firmu B & BC Zbůch. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is to create an analysis of selected corporate activities of a specific construction company APB Zbůch. The theoretical part explains the theoretical background of the given issue, which concerns logistics and marketing activities. In the practical part the company B & BC Zbůch and its main activities are presented. Subsequently, a characterization and analysis of selected corporate activities and marketing tools in the company is carried out. The practical part is concluded with a SWOT analysis based on the previous situational analyses. The methodology of the thesis is based on semi-structured interviews with company employees and literature search. Last but not least, the information is also based on relevant internal company documentation. According to the information found, suggestions and recommendations for the specific company B & BC Zbůch are formulated. |
