| Abstract: | Práce představuje historicko-architektonický vývoj Americké třídy, tedy jedné z nejrušnějších ulic v Plzni. První dvě kapitoly se zabývají ulicí jako celkem. Tedy jejím vývojem a četným střídáním názvů. Další kapitoly se už věnují historii vybraných budov, které představují typické stavby od druhé poloviny 19. století až dodnes. Objekty, které jsou v této práci popsány, reprezentují to nejzajímavější, co může Americká třída ze své architektury nabídnout. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is a historical and architectural development of the American street, that is one of the busiest streets in London. The first two chapters deal with the street as a whole. Thus, its development and numerous alternate names. Other chapters focus on the history already selected buildings that are typical buildings from the 19th century until today. Objects that are described in this paper represent the most interesting, what can American architecture of its class to offer. |
