| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje internímu auditu ve společnosti Allianz pojišťovna a zaměřuje se na vymezení fází procesu výkonu interního auditu a hodnocení kvality interního auditu. Téma je aktuální i vzhledem k nově vznikajícím standardům IPPF, které uvádějí komplexnější a konkrétnější požadavky v této oblasti a přispívají k průběžnému zlepšování kvality a výkonnosti funkce interního auditu ve společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat průběh interního auditu ve společnosti Allianz pojišťovna, zhodnotit kvalitu interního auditu v dané společnosti a navrhnout možná doporučení. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a rozebrány druhy auditu, požadavky na výkon interního auditora, mezinárodní a národní instituce interního auditu, Standardy IIA, začlenění útvaru interního auditu do organizační struktury, fáze výkonu interního auditu, měření efektivnosti IA a jeho hodnocení kvality. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost, oddělení interního auditu a jeho organizační uspořádání, je analyzován proces výkonu interního auditu v Allianz pojišťovně a hodnocení současného stavu kvality IA. Dále je v praktické části práce navržena metodika pro hodnocení kvality interního auditu včetně možných dokumentů využitelných pro provádění tohoto typu auditu. Následně je provedeno samotné hodnocení kvality interního auditu. Na konci praktické části práce jsou shrnuty hlavní závěry diplomové práce a formulována možná doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is devoted to internal audit in the company Allianz pojišťovna and focuses on defining the phases of the internal audit performance process and evaluating the quality of the internal audit. The topic is relevant due to the newly emerging IPPF standards, which are more complex and specific requirements in this area and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and performance of the internal audit function in the company. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the course of the internal audit in Allianz pojišťovna, evaluate the quality of the internal audit in the chosen company and propose possible recommendations. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part are explained the basic terms and the types of audits, requirements for the performance of the internal auditor, international and national institutions of internal audit, IIA Standards, the integration of the internal audit department into the organizational structure, the phases of internal audit performance, measuring the effectiveness of IA and its quality assessment. In the practical part are introduced the selected company, the internal audit department and its organizational structure and are analyzed the process of performing internal audit in Allianz pojišťovna and the evaluation of the current state of IA quality. Furthermore, in the practical part of the thesis is proposed a methodology for evaluating the quality of an internal audit, including possible documents that can be used for this type of audit. Subsequently is carried out the evaluation of the quality of the internal audit itself. At the end of the practical part of the thesis are summarized the main conclusions of the thesis and possible recommendations are formulated. |
