| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vysokou mírou nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji v posledních pěti letech. Hlavním cílem práce bylo nalézt příčiny a důsledky této vysoké nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první části je teoreticky vymezen pojem nezaměstnanost a další úzce související pojmy trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti. Druhá část obsahuje provedenou analýzu nezaměstnanosti Ústeckého kraje ve sledovaném období 2018-2022. Je zde vývoj nezaměstnanosti v České republice a v Ústeckém kraji, struktura uchazečů o zaměstnání, jsou zde specifikovány nejvíce problematické mikroregiony a definovány faktory ovlivňující vysokou míru nezaměstnanosti. Na základě všech těchto zjištěných informací jsou určeny příčiny a dopady nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Závěrem této práce jsou doporučení, která by mohla vysokou míru nezaměstnanosti zmírnit a zvýšit tak zaměstnanost v kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the high unemployment rate in the Ústí nad Labem Region in the last five years. The main goal of the thesis is to find the causes and consequences of this high unemployment in the region. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part theoretically defines the concept of unemployment and other closely related concepts of the labor market and employment policy. The second part contains an analysis of unemployment in the Ústí Region in the monitored period of 2018 to 2022. It shows the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic and the Ústí Region and the structure of job seekers, specifies the most problematic micro-regions and defines the factors affecting the high unemployment rate. All this information is used to determinate the causes and effects of unemployment in the Ústí Region. The conclusion of this thesis contains recommendations that coul help reduce the high unemployment rate and, as such, increase employment un the region. |
